Roderick is a veteran educator and coach, as well as a certified driving instructor through the State of Mississippi. With a strong commitment to helping students become independent drivers, he focuses on safety and defensive driving during his driving lessons. His goal is to ensure that each student feels road ready, building their confidence behind the wheel. Roderick has been a valued member of the Ridgeland and Madison County community for over 20 years.

Teddy is a veteran educator and a retired Ms Drivers Ed instructor, certified through the state of MS. Currently, he serves as the Head Football Coach at East Rankin Academy. With over 25 years of experience, Teddy is one of the most skilled driving instructors at Road Ready Driving, having taught driving lessons even to Fred Flintstone, although that’s just a joke! He truly stands out as one of Road Ready's best instructors.

Michael is a certified driving instructor for the state of Mississippi, proudly providing driving lessons to students throughout Forrest and Lamar counties. He enjoys teaching students the rules of the road, preparing them to be safe and responsible drivers, so they are road ready when they hit the streets. Michael is one of our busiest instructors, thanks to his hustle and passion for teaching young students how to drive.

Charlie is a professional driving instructor with Road Ready Driving, proudly serving students throughout the Meridian area. Committed to providing high-quality driving lessons, Charlie focuses on developing safe, responsible, and confident drivers. Through a patient and professional approach, Charlie helps each student build practical driving skills, confidence, and the knowledge needed to navigate the road safely.

Sedrick is the owner of Crunch-time Concessions and also our go-to driving instructor when your child needs driving lessons during the day. He plays a vital role for our older drivers and homeschooled kids, offering flexible instruction from 11-1 and 1-3 during the week. Mr. Johnson has a passion for teaching drivers ed and adopts a patient approach that our student-drivers appreciate, ensuring they are road ready for their driving journey.

Brian is one of our veteran driving instructors who plays a crucial role on our team. He is the Assistant AD at Germantown HS in Gluckstadt. Coach Hardy helps us out on weekends by providing additional driving lessons when we need multiple instructors to ensure our students are road ready. He is always ready to say, 'If you need me, just let me know, and I'll do my best to drive students.' His passion for helping students become safe drivers is unmatched.

Chandler is one of the youngest driving instructors on our team at Road Ready. He serves as the Head Baseball Coach and also teaches Drivers Ed at Ridgeland High, holding this position for the past 3 years. Chandler offers significant flexibility when it comes to driving lessons, making him a vital part of our success. He can drive students during the week from 4:30-6:30 PM and also from 6:30-8:30 PM, which is incredibly beneficial for our clients with busy schedules.
